At DataSecurity.ME, we are committed to delivering genuine cybersecurity and IT solutions with the highest level of reliability and customer satisfaction.

Because our products primarily consist of digital software licenses and activation codes, we must adhere to strict digital-goods policies that protect both customers and software publishers.

1. Delivery of Digital Licenses

All digital licenses are delivered electronically to the customer’s registered email address or account dashboard.

Typical delivery time: 1 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery may vary depending on vendor verification or product type.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once the license is available.

If you have not received your license after 7 business days, please contact our support team at support@datasecurity.me for assistance.

2. Non-Returnable Digital Products

All digital license sales are final. Once a license key or activation code has been issued and delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

This policy is necessary because:

Each license key is unique and irreversibly activated.
Digital items cannot be revoked or resold once issued.
Software publishers and distributors (e.g., Kaspersky, ESET, Bitdefender, Microsoft) enforce non-refundable policies on all delivered keys.

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited cases:

The activation code has not yet been delivered to the customer.
The product delivered is incorrect due to an internal processing error.
The key provided is invalid or defective, verified by our technical support team and the software publisher.

If any of these apply, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at support@datasecurity.me with your order number and issue details.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days.
Transaction or payment gateway fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Physical Products (if applicable)

If you purchase any hardware or physical security products (e.g., tokens, firewalls, or accessories):

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
The customer bears return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
