DataSecurity.ME is operated by Teledata Software Services FZE, a registered company under UAE law, specializing in cybersecurity and IT solutions.

These Terms govern your access to and use of DataSecurity.ME (the “Site”) and our services (the “Services”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place orders.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or suspected fraud.

2) Orders, Pricing & Payments

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or reject for any lawful reason.
Prices, currencies, taxes/VAT, and availability may change without prior notice.
Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card data.
In case of pricing/description errors, we may cancel or request confirmation before fulfillment.

3) Delivery of Digital Licenses

Digital licenses are delivered electronically to your email or account dashboard.
Typical delivery time is 1–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Delays may occur due to vendor verification, product type, or compliance checks.

4) Returns & Refunds

All digital license sales are final once delivered. Refunds are only possible if: (a) the license was not delivered, (b) we delivered the wrong product, or (c) a key is invalid/defective as verified by us and the publisher. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

5) License & Use Restrictions

Software licenses are granted by the respective publisher under their EULA/terms.
You must comply with all applicable EULAs, usage limitations, and activation terms.
Reverse engineering, resale of keys, or unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

6) Compliance, Sanctions & Local Laws

You are responsible for ensuring the products you purchase are lawful for your jurisdiction and intended use.
We may restrict sales/delivery to comply with export controls, sanctions, and local legal/safety requirements.
Listings may be hidden or disabled in certain countries or regions to maintain compliance.

7) Intellectual Property

All Site content (excluding third-party trademarks and product names) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not use our brand assets without prior written permission.

8) Warranties & Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teledata Software Services FZE and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any lawful reason. Upon termination, rights and obligations that by their nature should survive will survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity).

12) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the UAE (Dubai) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

13) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting the updated date above. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
